B.N. Bahadur, Chairman and Founder of BBK, Ltd., has more than a quarter century of highly successful experience in revitalizing troubled companies.

Mr. Bahadur is nationally recognized for his ability to reorganize and revitalize troubled companies, calling upon more than a quarter century of experience in business management, accounting, teaching and consulting to address client concerns.

With service in a number of high-level positions (including CEO, Interim CEO, Debtor-In-Possession and Trustee in Corporate Reorganization), Mr. Bahadur possesses broad expertise in the field of manufacturing. In addition to managing an extensive portfolio of his own privately held investments, he continues to lend his management and financial acumen to a wide-ranging list of clients.

A highly regarded speaker on financial management issues, Mr. Bahadur holds membership in the Turnaround Management Association, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Association of Credit Management, and is a Certified Turnaround Professional. In addition to being involved in numerous social and charitable organizations, Mr. Bahadur is a member and past treasurer of theIndia League of America.

He holds a Master of Commerce degree from the University of Mysore, India, in addition to a Master of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University.

B.V. Jagadeesh is the president and CEO of NetScaler, Inc.
Jagadeesh is also a partner in Gabriel Venture Partners, an active member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs).

His philanthropic interests include support for the Mahatma Gandhi Web site project, advancements in Indian schools, and relief for Indian earthquake victims. Jagadeesh's speaking engagements have included presentations on content delivery and Internet acceleration at the Wharton Technology Conference; the Economist IT Strategy Conference; Electronic Commerce World; and Network Outlook.

Before joining NetScaler, Jagadeesh was co-founder and CTO of Exodus Communications. During his tenure at Exodus, he grew the company from start-up mode to a successful industry leader in the Web co-location and managed services market. He has also served on the NetScaler board of directors since 1999. Prior to founding Exodus, he co-founded Fouress, Inc., a software consulting company specializing in networking technologies (merged with Exodus in 1995).

Jagadeesh has also worked for Novell, Inc. and 3Com Corporation.In addition, Jagadeesh advises several networking and Internet companies. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Bangalore University and a master's degree in electrical engineering from University of Bombay, India.

Krish is Founder and CEO of EASi Engineering, a technology firm that services the global automobile industry. Krish provides the strategic vision for the company, and is a driving force behind the development of its technologies and innovative engineering solutions. Krish's areas of interest are strategic marketing, technology development, and the challenges of Globalization.

EASi's vision is to be the world-class provider of integrated solutions for Fast-to-Market Product Development. EASi is headquartered in Madison Heights, Michigan, with a dedicated Design Center in Dearborn, Michigan, and subsidiaries EASi Engineering GmbH (Frankfurt, Munich, Cologne and Barcelona) and EASi Technologies in India (Bangalore, Chennai).

Krish's passion with the automobile began as a child. His interest in vehicle safety was spurred by a rollover accident while he was a student in Bombay. This led to his interest and initiatives in crash engineering, and a Masters thesis in Crash. As a pioneer in the development of CAE techniques for automotive applications, Krish was responsible for the structural analysis of key car programs at Ford Motor Company.

Krish spent his childhood years in Shimoga, and in Sindri (Bihar). He completed his junior and high school education and undergraduate studies in Bombay. Krish holds an MS in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Missouri-Rolla and a BSME from the University of Bombay. In 1994 and 1995, Krish participated in the Business Executive Course at the Amos Tuck School of Business Management at Dartmouth.

In 1995, he received an Honorary Professional Degree from the University of Missouri-Rolla; the Entrepreneurial Award from the Governor of Missouri in 1994; an Entrepreneurial Award from the American Society of Engineers from India in 1989, and The Kiwanis Club award for Business Accomplishments in 1999. Krish was elected to the Academy of Mechanical Engineers in 2000.
